Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

We can only provide a return if the item has been purchased from our website. If you have purchased from a retailer, you will need to go back to them for assistance. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Only applies to full-priced items (sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty). Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, water bottles and muzzles are not returnable unless faulty

Return and exchange shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method or arrange your exchange within 2–3 business days. If your preferred exchange size is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
