At Huskimo, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year guarantee on all collars, leads, and harnesses. If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet your reasonable expectations of quality within 2 years from the date of purchase, we will gladly replace it.

To make sure our guarantee is fair for everyone, please note the following:

   The guarantee applies to Huskimo collars, leads, and harnesses only.
   It covers manufacturing faults (e.g., stitching coming undone, faulty buckles, or hardware issues).

   What’s Not Covered
   Normal wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., fading, fraying, scratches).
   Damage caused by chewing, rough play, accidents, or misuse.
   Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Huskimo.
   Products not purchased from an authorised Huskimo retailer.

   How to Claim
   Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
   Claims should be made through the retailer where the product was purchased, or by contacting Huskimo directly if purchased online.
   If the exact product is no longer available, a product of equal value will be offered as a replacement.

   The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date.
   Replacements under this guarantee do not reset or extend the original guarantee period.
   The guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
