Huskimo is an Australian-owned dog apparel and tethering brand, designed in the South West of Western Australia. Our website is huskimo.com.au. When you shop with us, sign up to our emails, or simply browse our site, we collect some information about you. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.


What information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details on our systems. When you browse our site, we automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.

When you sign up to our email list, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name, your dog’s name and your dog’s birthday. We use this to send you relevant content and the occasional birthday treat for your pup.

When you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share.



Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your orders, including sending confirmation and tracking emails
• Respond to your questions and customer service requests
