We’ve laid out some of the most commonly-asked questions we receive. We hope the answers make your life a little easier.

Shipping & delivery

We prioritise being sustainable wherever possible, including in our shipping and packaging processes. We only use compostable corn-starch satchels in our delivery, and never send unnecessary packaging inside the satchel.

All of our dust bags that protect our apparel are biodegradable and the swing tags are recyclable.

We despatch most orders on the same day and will email you a tracking number so that you can track your delivery online.

For delivery within Australia, we despatch from Perth. You can search for estimated delivery times through Australia Post — use postcode 6106 in the “from” location.

For International delivery, please allow up to 20 business days. There may additional days on top of this, as each country has their own customs processes.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during busy promotional periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Yes — Huskimo ships to most countries. You can find out if your country is eligible from a drop-down menu listing all eligible countries before you begin the process of checking out. Please check that customs in your country allows entry of the products you have ordered. Huskimo is not responsible for any issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

We know how frustrating it can be when this happens! If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us so that we may assist you.

What if my shipment is refused?

Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or cancelled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.

Returns, refunds & exchanges.

We want you to love your Huskimo experience!

Sometimes the design just doesn’t fit, or you have simply changed your mind.

If you don’t love it, you can return your order for a refund of the value of the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy:

  • We will only refund items that have been bought on huskimo.com.au. If you have purchased the item from a stockist, you will need to contact them.
  • We are unable to accept items that are used, dirty, have fur on the garment, altered, washed, damaged, or missing the original packaging/swing tags. The original swing tags must be intact and attached to the item. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, water bottles are not returnable unless it is faulty
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • Shipping Cost – you will need to pay for shipping back to our warehouse

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the item as per the return form and then re-order.

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our team along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. We will be in touch with you regarding the Returns Process.

Refunds may take up to five business days to get to your account once your item has been received by Huskimo. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Huskimo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of our refund policy without notice.

Can I return my order?

We want you to love your Huskimo experience!
